Processing time

Your order will be processed and packaged within 2 business days from the time of your purchase.

We know you’re excited to get your goodies! Because we are a small team based in a rural mountain town, we cannot compete with same day shipping like Amazon, but we will curate it with lots of heart and have it out within 2 business days.

Estimated shipping times

If choosing USPS First Class: 3-5 business days

If choosing USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We are not currently accepting orders that require international shipping.

Returns + Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If your request is within the parameters of time allowed, we will offer a refund for the cost of the item paid minus shipping costs. Please include the original packing slip with exchange shipments. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Missing or Lost Packages

Crystal & Pine is not liable for and does not issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local USPS office for details on locating your package.
