Fair enough. And, I mean, technically, it IS. But it’s so much more that that! My desire to share beautiful crystals with you stems from a deeper love for our planet’s landscapes… The rugged, barren desert valleys of the Eastern Sierras and lush, cedar scented forests of the West Coast. The golden rolling hills of California and the wild flowing rivers of the Pacific Northwest. So how are these landscapes anything about crystal healing? Well, they’re not, but they ARE about rocks!
I should probably inform you now that my educational background is in geology (SURPRISE!) and that I wanted this blog to be less about the metaphysical and more about the origin of the crystals you and I have come to love and how they shape the world around us to form the PLACES we love.
I realize I just said the ‘S’ word and I have inevitably lost some of you out there, but for those of you still reading, IT’S LIKE WE WERE MEANT TO BE.
Keep posted to learn a little something about those crystal babes you’ve been meditating with because there is truly nothing more grounding than the story that they tell and our undeniable connectedness to the world around us because of them.
