How To Apply Oils
Place a drop of your favorite essential oil (not included) on one of the black lava beads on the bracelet. I like to dab it on my finger and rub it onto the bead, or you can use a roller if you have one handy. Wait a few minutes for the oil to absorb into the bead before putting it on, to avoid staining your clothes. If you are doing an oil blend, be sure to blend first before applying.
How to Measure for Accurate Sizing
Step 1: Measure your wrist with string or yarn and measure against a ruler
Step 2: Add a half inch to your yarn measurement
Step 3: Choose the best fit size option
Small: 7 in
Medium: 7.25 in
Large: 7.5 in
